Possessing the crystal and being blessed by Shar allows the user to cast using your highest level spell slot 3 times using the shadow weave.
The crystal was obtained by Spoops in the wing of the Library Dimension dedicated to Gods and Demons. After fighting servants of Shar, Spoops Contscted Shar directly and after asking for her direct help against the Ithillids, and finding information in the library to fight them, she instead gave Spoops her blessing to use the crystal.

Use of the Shadow Weave may have unforeseen and or disastrous consequences. It may also have negative effects upon the spellcaster.
